Our A-EMT Program is an 11 week, accelerated program that will provide students with critical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, patient assessment techniques and protocols. It will consist of classroom learning, skills and simulator lab, patient care competencies, National Registry testing preparation skills and working beside our highly skilled professional patient care providers. Included with Tuition: Background Check, Uniform, Drug Screen, and TB Skin Test. (Individual student malpractice insurance must be purchased by the student and is required prior to the first day of class.)

It will consist of classroom learning, skills and simulator lab, patient care competencies, National Registry testing preparation skills and working beside our highly skilled professional patient care providers. Included with Tuition: Background Check, Malpractice Insurance, Uniform, Drug Screen, and TB Skin Test. This course has been approved by the Tennessee Department of Health EMS Board and meets all requirements for Basic EMT Certification. Not accredited by a national accrediting body.

Our First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. This program offers a choice of first aid, CPR and AED courses to meet the various training needs of a diverse audience.Red Cross First Aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) training meets the needs of workplace responders, school staffs, professional responders and healthcare providers, as well as the general public. We offer both certified and non-certified training options. Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED courses taught using a blended learning format.

Our CPR training program teaches participants the skills needed to provide emergency assistance to someone experiencing a cardiac arrest or other medical emergency. Participants will learn the basic steps of CPR, which include chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and how to administer CPR to adults, children, and infants, and how to coordinate their actions with other first responders.
